How can I place an order in the online store? Seaside?

Create account/log in

You can do this step when you finalize your purchase or at the beginning of the process. If you are already a customer, please enter your email and password. If you are new to Seaside online, fill in the information requested in the membership form, read the Privacy Policy and create your account here

Add items to the shopping cart

Select the item(s), number(s) and color(s) you want, and add to the basket. If you click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner, you will be able to see all the items you have chosen. Here you can also delete or add more articles, quantity and other information. When you click “process order”, you will be taken to checkout. The purchase is not yet finalized at this stage, meaning you can interrupt the purchase process at any time.

Checkout

If you have already finished, click “process order” and proceed to the checkout phase. Please note that the purchase has not yet been completed. In this part you will have access to relevant order data.

Payment Options

Na Seaside We offer three different ways to pay for your orders: credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), ATM and MB WAY.

In this step, check that your data is correct. You can enter your NIF if you want. If necessary, change your information. If everything is ready, click “make payment”. Finalize the order After authorizing payment, we register your order. You will then receive an email confirming your order. Please check that the email is correct in order to receive our order payment confirmation message.

Transport of items

The transportation of items purchased from Seaside is carried out by the following partner companies:

– ViaDirecta (Portugal, Azores and Madeira)

– DHL (European Union)

Shipping Value

Shipping costs, for purchases under €25, €4 (Mainland Portugal).

Shipping costs, for purchases under €50, €12 (Portugal Ilhas).

European Union*: €15

Free shipping for purchases over €75

*Spain: €6

Free shipping for purchases over €50

Delivery time

If the items are in stock, orders are delivered within:

Mainland Portugal – 5 – 7 working days

Islands – 10-15 business days

*During campaign periods or peak orders, deliveries are made within a maximum period of 10 working days.

How can I check that my order has been registered?

After the online purchase is validated, you will receive an email from Seaside with the details of your order. You can check the status of your order at any time at “My orders” in your personal account Seaside. We will also inform you of the various statuses of your purchase throughout the process. If you do not receive the payment confirmation email, you should contact our customer support line (service @seaside.pt).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel or modify (only the delivery/billing address) the order until it is shipped. After that, it is not possible to cancel or change it. In either case, you must contact the customer service (service @seaside.pt).

After payment, it is not possible to change the items, colors and sizes once the order enters the logistics process.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, unless there is an exceptional logistical problem. We will keep you informed throughout the process and you can always contact our customer support or check the status of your order at the following link: https://www.viadirectanet.pt/VDTrackTrace/index.htm.

Can I place international orders?

Yes, you can shop at Seaside from any country in the European Union. If the item is in stock, it will be delivered within 15 working days (normally) or 20 working days if it coincides with campaign times or periods with a high number of orders.

We ship to the following countries (Portugal and European Union): 

Mainland Portugal, Azores, Madeira, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia,Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Rep Czech, Romania and Sweden.

I have to make a minimum purchase to purchase items from the online store. Seaside?

No, the Seaside does not require a minimum amount to make purchases in the online store.

How can I pay in the online store Seaside?

In our online store we offer the following payment methods: credit card, ATM and MB Way and Klarna.

 What types of credit cards can I use?

A Seaside accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

 Is online payment safe?

Your safety is a priority for Seaside. The payment information you provide to us will only be used to process your order and will not be saved. We also use secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to transfer your personal data with the necessary protection. If you have further questions about these issues, please consult our Privacy Policy.

 Do item prices already include VAT?

All products presented in the online store Seaside and their prices already include VAT according to the Portuguese annual rate.

I have a refund voucher, can I use it in the online store?

Refund vouchers are exclusive for use in physical stores, and cannot be discounted on online purchases.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return online? 

You have 30 days from the invoice date to make any exchange or return online.

How do I make an exchange online?

You can exchange your order at any physical store SEASIDE, if you cannot find the desired reference, send the order number you wish to exchange and the desired item together with the reference to the email service @seaside.pt

A Seaside Do you carry out collections in case of online returns?

If the return is due to a defect in the product received, collection will be the responsibility of the Seaside presenting no additional costs to the customer.

If the return is at the customer's option, the costs are the customer's responsibility and the item can be sent to us via any carrier or via our collection points.

How do I return/exchange damaged or defective items?

You should contact us via email: service @seaside.pt where you can explain your situation. We ask that you send photographs of the defect or wrong item in the email so that it can be analyzed by the competent department and subsequently resolved.

How are refunds processed in the event of a return?

The refund is issued using the same payment method and may take between 5 and 10 business days to be issued after the order arrives at our facilities.

Can I return an online order to a physical store?

Yes. We currently have collection points in the following stores (in Greater Lisbon only):

Carnaxide, Alfragide, UBBO, Colombo, Sintra Retail and Oeiras Parque

 What are the benefits of creating an account Seaside?

Your personal account Seaside allows us to have the information necessary to process your orders. However, the account is yours and you are completely free to modify your personal data or delete it. If you want to remove your data and account, contact us.

With your account you can:

  •     Consult and change your personal data;
  •     Track your orders;
  •     Modify your delivery addresses;
  •     Change your password;
  •     Sign up for the newsletter and stay up to date with the latest news from around the world Seaside, such as promotions and discounts;
  •     Reduce the time of the purchasing process by keeping your data updated;
  •     Have access to a summary of your previous orders.

How can I create my account Seaside? Is there any cost?

The personal account Seaside It's completely free. You can create it by going to our website and clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of your screen. Just enter your email and choose a keyword.

I forgot my password. And now?

If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions sent by email.

How do I enjoy the benefits SEASIDE Lovers in the online store?

To do this, you must first log in to our website by clicking on the icon in the top right corner between the search magnifying glass and the heart.

If you don't have an account, you must register on our app SEASIDE Lovers.

Who should I contact if the benefit SEASIDE Lovers is not available?

You should contact our customer service (service @seaside.pt).

How can I contact you?

If you have any doubts/questions, you can contact our customer support service Seaside who is available to help (service @seaside.pt). You can contact us here. It may take between 24h and 48h (business days) to receive a response from our team, but we will do our best to make it as quick as possible. If you have not received a response within the indicated time, we suggest that you check your SPAM mailbox in your email.

We do not have a telephone line.

Are the articles on the site actually available?

A Seaside does not promote the purchase of items without availability. However, reading stocks may be fallible and in this case you will be contacted by our customer service (service @seaside.pt) for exchange or return purposes.

Where can I see technical information about a product?

During your visit to the website, click on a product you like. This way you will be able to see the various numbers, available colors and characteristics of the item.

Can I find out the availability of a product in a physical store?

You can request it from our customer service department (service @seaside.pt) information regarding stocks, but you must provide the reference, color and size you want for this purpose. We are unable to help with photographs of unreferenced articles.

Can I request a product to be sent from one physical store to another store?

A Seaside does not have this service.
